The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere means that staying at Riad Chi-Chi is more like visiting friends than staying in a hotel. | | Its cool, simple and elegant lines create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of intimate sitting areas - roof terrace, courtyard with soothing fountain and Islamic pool, b’hou (Moroccan sitting area) and salon. Fabulous views over the Atlas Mountains from the roof terrace. In the evenings the riad is bathed in candlelight adding to the romantic feeling of this gorgeous riad. | | We offer a whole range of services, such as mineral water in your room on arrival, free internet access, use of a mobile phone during your stay. Home-cooked meals can be ordered in advance over the internet or in the riad. All meals are prepared by our Moroccan staff using fresh ingredients from the market. | | On top of that, we are happy to arrange trips, recommend and organise restaurant bookings as well as beauty/massage treatments in the riad for you. Riad Chi-Chi is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of the Medina, close to the Musée de Marrakech and the Medersa Ben Youssef, only minutes from the entrance to the Souks and a 10 minutes’ stroll through the Souks to the Square, Place Jemaa el Fna. | | Directions | A local landmark is the Musée de Marrakech (Marrakech Museum) where there is a little square. With the museum behind you, there is an ancient dome on your left and the Ben Youssef mosque on your right. Walk through this square and take the street furthest to the right. Go under the arch, and the first street on your left is Derb el Anboub.

Payment policy
• 25% deposit required to secure the booking.
• The remainder is payable two weeks prior to arrival.
• For short-term bookings (i.e. arrival within 4 weeks) the remainder is payable in the riad.
• For bookings for the whole riad, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made via Paypal, credit card on-line through our website, or by bank transfer. The riad will supply wiring instructions. Payments in the riad can be made in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
21-30 days: 25% of total amount;
15-20 days: 50%
7 –14 days: 75%
3 - 6 days: 90%
Less than 3 days: 100%
In the case of a cancellation of a booking for the whole riad less than 1 month before check-in a cancellation charge of 50% of the full price applies.
In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
